1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information (if available).

2. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: Rs. 200 (PKR) for all local orders under Rs. 2,500
  • Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 2,500 (within Pakistan)

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery Partners

These partners ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

4. Missed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your package:

  • They will attempt delivery up to 2 times
  • If unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

5. Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Unexpected courier delays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please make sure to double-check your delivery address before placing your order.

6. Order Tracking

If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If any item is:
