1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information (if available).
2. Shipping Charges
- Flat Rate: Rs. 200 (PKR) for all local orders under Rs. 2,500
- Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 2,500 (within Pakistan)

These partners ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
4. Missed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your package:
- They will attempt delivery up to 2 times
- If unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Unexpected courier delays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
