Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking (if available).

2. Delivery Timeframe

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on courier workload, weather, or special occasions (like Eid or national holidays).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: Rs. 200 (PKR) for all local orders under Rs. 2,500

  • Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 2,500 (within Pakistan)

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier services like Leopard, TCS, M&P, and Trax to ensure safe and timely delivery.

 

 5. Missed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your package:

  • They will attempt re-delivery up to 2 times

  • If unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us and you may need to pay additional shipping charges

 

 6. Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Unexpected courier delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order.

7. Order Tracking

If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive a link via email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched.

8. Damaged or Missing Products

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If anything is:

  • Missing

  • Wrong

  • Damaged

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
